- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
Boil the water in a kettle or pot.
Add the grated ginger to the boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Pour the hot ginger water into a mug.
Add the lemon juice and honey to the mug and stir well.
