Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, diced
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar optional, to taste
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Add the diced watermelon, water, lime juice, honey or sugar (if using), and salt to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
5. Serve over ice and enjoy!
