  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, and mint.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
