Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, and mint.
Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Sprinkle with salt.
Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
