- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

1. Chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
2. Pour the heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
3. Add the sugar and vanilla extract.
4. Beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
