  • cornstarch for dusting

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Add the beaten egg and mix well.
  3. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin.
  6. Cut into squares or circles as needed.
  7. Dust with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
