  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop batter into the pan and flatten into pancakes.
