  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 Burger Buns toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, and black pepper until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a small indentation in the center of each patty.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
  6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
