  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Add the baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and dried fruit (if using). Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
